Andrew began acting in his early teens playing roles varying from the Nurse in 'Romeo and Juliet' to Willy Wonka in 'Charlie and The Chocolate Factory' within local theatre productions. Having later worked as a Cabaret Artist for Weststar Holidays Ltd he then went on to study a Drama and Psychology degree course at Liverpool Hope University College. It was during this time that Andrew realised his real passion was for acting and that he needed to learn the craft in order to pursue a professional career in the industry and fulfil his ambitions as a theatre actor.

Andrew trained at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) graduating in 2005 with a 1st Class BA in Acting. During training roles included, Valentine in 'Two Gentleman of Verona', Gerald Thornton in 'Time and The Conways' and The Maid in 'Brezhnev's Children'. Since entering the profession the majority of Andrew's work has been within theatre and film. Theatre credits include Stanhope in the Broadway Theatre, Lewisham's production of 'Journey's End', Lysander in a Cambridge Open Air production of 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' and the roles of Adam in 'Time of My Life' and Clive in 'Season's Greetings' at The Palace Theatre, Westcliff. Feature film credits include 'COLIN' for Nowhere Fast Productions and 'Temporary Spirits' for Deep End Digital.

Andrew is a member of The Actors' Guild and also independant company MicKSing Productions, participating in workshops on a regular basis to build industry contacts and flex his acting muscles. Through MicKSing Productions 'Meet The Casting Directors' workshops, hosted at the Diorama Arts Studios, Andrew has honed his audition technique and screen acting skills working with casting directors across the spectrum of theatre, film and television including Beth Charkham, Camilla Evans, Carl Proctor, Matt Western, Andrea Clark, Ben Cogan, Manuel Puro, Rowland Beckley, Jane Deitch, Sue Jones, Gaby Kester, Jeremy Zimmermann, Daniel Edwards, Gillian Hawser, Sarah Leung and most recently Lucy Jenkins.

Andrew's passion is for theatre and he wishes to continue to develop his career in this area. He also wants to move into television and his work on various short films over the past few years has enabled him to obtain some high quality material to produce his showreel, which is available to view in the media section.
